*Ready-To-Ship Diamond Painting Kits*

RTS Orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days. Once packaged and labeled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders will be dropped off to the shipping carrier twice a week. Please note that holidays and weekends will cause some delays.

 

*Made-To-Order Diamond Painting Kits*

MTO Orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days and sent out for production. Production takes approximately 1 week. You can expect your order within 3-4 weeks, with holidays and weekends causing some delays. Please be advised that all products come from China, and they also have their own holidays as well, which could cause a delay in your order. Once your order is received by The Mermaid Cavern, it will be packaged, labeled, and sent out within 1 business day. You will receive your tracking information via email.

 

*All Other Products*

All other products are made to order. Please allow a processing time of 3-5 days. Once the products are completed, it will be shipped out within 1 business days. You will receive your tracking information via email.

 

If there are any unforeseen delays or shipping issues, The Mermaid Cavern will reach out to you directly to figure out the best solution. The Mermaid Cavern is not responsible for orders that are lost in transit, or damaged during the delivery process. Once your order leaves The Mermaid Cavern, it is out of our hands. The most economical shipping option is selected, which may be USPS, UPS, or Fedex. For packages that are returned to sender, The Mermaid Cavern will give you the option to reship at the buyers expense, or you may request a partial refund. Please note that shipping and restocking fees will be applied.

*ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*

For International shipping, orders are processed within 1-2 business days for Ready-To-Ship kits. All packages are shipped using the most economical shipping carrier, which is "usually" UPS Worldwide Saver. Once packaged and labeled, you will receive a tracking number via email. The shipping time varies on your country, but averages between 4 to 7 business days. For Made-To-Order kits, Orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days and sent out for production. Production takes approximately 1 week. You can expect your order within 3-4 weeks, with holidays and weekends causing some delays. Please be advised that all products come from China, and they also have their own holidays as well, which could cause a delay in your order. Once your order is received by The Mermaid Cavern, it will be packaged, labeled, and sent out within 1 business day. You will receive your tracking information via email. 

 

IF there is a difference in the shipping cost, we will send you a refund for that difference to the payment method used to place your order. You will also receive an email confirmation for your refund. You can also send a message via chat requesting a shipping estimate prior to placing your order. Please include your name, full address, and the products you would like included in your estimate and we will get back to you within 48 hours. If you would like to proceed with the order, please confirm so that we can send you a manual invoice with the updated shipping price. Orders will be dropped off to the shipping carrier twice a week.
